I mean it's all probably run by Sodexho/Aramark- and they paid the Oilers/league for the rights to sell concessions, and they get to set the prices.

One benefit of the Dome being so old, is that the contract and costs are already paid out, so they (the vendor) can make their margin without having to go up. I expect if/when a new stadium is built, prices will be similar here.

I'll take off my Product Manager hat now...
