While obviously Elon Musk has been quite unhinged, Bremmer has a checkered history with allegations.

Are you seriously asking these questions? Ian Bremmer (and the Eurasia group) have the ears of many top, global companies. Of course they would talk, and it should not surprise anyone that Musk bragged about it.
