[Kybosh]

So we came home from breakfast this morning and found a very fast flow of water into our basement sump pump receptacle. The pump is working as intended but I have no idea when or if to call for assistance. It’s been going for at least a couple hours now. The water meter isn’t indicating any leak in our property and no neighbours have identified any issues on their end. What should I do?
