Point taken. But I think it’s a function of how we WANT to have a club-supporter relationship, but we don’t. Remember when the big clubs of Europe wanted to create a super league and the fans revolted? Together those clubs might be worth 500 billion and the fans prevented them from forming a new league. Now that’s having a say in things.
Freaking Flames took 10 years to bring the retro back as the regular jersey after years of clamouring by the fans and still refuse to resurrect Scorch.
There is no supporter-club relationship here. It’s business-customer.
