Put me as another one that shoots left in hockey, but swings right in golf and baseball.
I would love to see more data collected on the subject, but it seems to me that the U.S. produces more right handed shots in hockey as a ratio to the total number of players.
To me, even though my right hand is more powerful, it is clunky and can't maneuver with dexterity like my left hand. That makes puck handling and precision shooting easier with my left. In golf and baseball, power seems to be more important, hence why swinging right seems to work better.
