Continues to frustrate me that this team won’t front load these long contracts. Makes them way easier to dump at the end if they end up going sour and the players are happy because they make more faster. I’m sure this comes from somewhere above the GM but it could definitely be something to improve on if winning were to be 110% prioritized.
