I don’t mind the royalty review as it improved the gas side of the structure and was evidence that Notley was an evidenced based premier. She went in with prior assumptions, did the review, then followed expert advice. That alone should be a huge reason to vote for her this time. When presented with contradictory information she changed her mind rather than dug in.
Now PPAs and lightbulbs were awful and handled poorly and I prefer Tier over the quartile system for large emitters.
I do agree that Notley did not do enough and had screwups that made it difficult to continue to support her. I was hoping for 3rd party break through but that didn’t happen.
I think we have a clear choice now. Would you rather have Notleys 4 years or would you rather have a worse version of Kenny who wants to pass this sovereignty act. I think an election has never had more clear choices and I look forward to the discussion about why you would vote for someone rather than vote against the NDP or the UCP.

Remember that time she told Albertans to move to BC until the Economy got better?
That being said, she wizened up in years 3 and 4 and her surrounding team were just completely clueless. Who was it that she launched at the podium every time there were bullets to take? I forget her name.
Even with all of that, I dont think there is anything in this world that could convince me to vote for Danielle Smith.
She is like a caricature of a villainous politician. And she went to Bishop Carroll.
