I agree, and the step needs to be taken but address the start of a solution at the same time and it doesn't need to be some in depth 1000 page government panel paper. It is pretty simple, our team/league rules are this, if you don't live up to these 10 decent human being points you are done with our team and the report will be filed with the league, signed by team/parents/kids. Each league can set up a committee to review complaints, and when the investigation is ongoing the person is suspended from the team.
Set up new HC to provide legal aid IF/WHEN the complaint is deemed true to protect any team/league that is sued by moron parents to keep the kid playing.
I watched some of the #### show going on by members of parliament in the hearing and it is embarrassing for everyone involved.
