I doubt that will happen.
I think the only thing I would change would be to let the legal system deal with the perpetrators rather than sheltering them. Guessing they were being sheltered because the victims included hockey canada in subsequent legal action. They were probably trying to minimize potential payouts.
I highly doubt the current leadership is saying rape away.

They’re obviously not. The problem is they refuse to fully diagnose the problem of group sex initiation culture in the sport, especially at higher levels.
Additionally, they seem to believe that the situationally blind and tone deaf people who enabled the problem should remain in their positions to clean it up.
They fooled everyone by letting people believe they actually addressed the problem of the Graham James in the sport.
No one is getting fooled again.
The reality is that the Graham James of this world can’t blend in to the background if the culture doesn’t normalize abusive and controlling sexual practices with a code of silence.
