I would think it would be similar. Also, HC would host major tournaments obviously. But direct funding to individual players? no, all registered athletes in hockey across Canada who are members in that province would have to pay HC. It is a lot of money annually that should be stripped until HC can get their act together.

One of my buddies is president or maybe past-pres of our Minor Hockey Association. I'm gonna ask him what HC actually does for them next time I see him.
