Imagine a group looking to dine and let's say at mid grade restaurant like White Spot offers better viral protection over a higher grade one. While the food might be acceptable but the risk is less, I think the less riskier restaurant wins out.

People barely care if a restaurant is shut down due to a rodent infestation, there's just no way that is going to end up being a differentiating factor.
