Phillips isn't 140 pounds. Maybe right out of juniors he was. Not the smallest player in the league. Showed he was good enough in the ahl to warrant a callup and performed well pre season.

I also hope he gets claimed. Easy to slot in 3rd line in Chicago or Arizona.
