yeah, Ryan Clark. They had to remove his spleen and gall bladder after he faced complications after playing in Denver, due to his sickle cell condition. Was medically cleared to play there after that, but Tomlin never played him in Denver again, including in a playoff game.

but I think it's still a different situation when it comes to head injuries. Steelers also sent Najee Harris back in last season when it was pretty obvious that he was concussed, so I'm not just going to put Tomlin on a pedestal there.
