Having lived in Calgary for 26 years then moving to Georgia and now living here for ten years, it doesn’t make a lot of sense why they can’t sustain it. The problem was their location. Downtown Atlanta has a culture that doesn’t care about hockey. It’s part of why the Braves moved so far from Turner field. They went to a different audience that is more north. A hockey team would do better north of the perimeter road and may survive
