Vladar has been really good. In fact, I'd be curious to see a ranking of the best backups in the league. I suspect he'd be at or near the top of that list.

Having said that, Wolf is a US goalie with one more season under contract. I don't think he'd have arbitration rights or anything, but at what point should we start worrying that he's going to ask to be moved to an org that has an NHL spot for him?

Nothing to do with panicking or anything like that. Just genuinely curious about how this could potentially play out. This seems like one of those decisions that wouldn't be a lot of fun to make as a GM.
