Yes!
Everyone knows that the worst drivers are
1) if you live in your home town, then the worst drivers are in your home town's/province's rival city/province (I, for example, know the worst drivers are in Edmonton, but also from Saskatchewan)
2) if you moved to the city you currently live in after learning how to drive, then the city you live in has the worst drivers, and your home town the best
Also the hottest women, and best beer are in the last foreign country you visited.
