Once again, given his current issues, I doubt he'll qualify for anything more than treatment expenses. You generally would not qualify for any non wage related damages unless it's a catastrophic injury, like loss of a limb, paralysis, or a severe brain injury.

I mean...its one way to get them off the streets but I wouldnt recommend making a habit out of it.
