How long is the investigation supposed to take? Is there new evidence that wasn’t previously reviewed? New witnesses?
If there isn’t I’m not sure why it’s getting drawn out. Other than for political theater.
Curious if the case is reopened and ends with a different result does the payout from the non disclosure agreement have to be returned? Not sure how binding the agreements are or whether there are out clauses.
