The Ukrainians are the undeniable victims in this conflict. They've done nothing to deserve the circumstances that are being foisted upon them.
I guess I just dont want huge swathes of people being painted with a very broad brush and I admit I have a soft spot in my heart for Cuba and I dont feel its fair for the Cubans to be painted with that brush by unfortunate association.
I also hope that in some way the Russians can rehabilitate their international reputation and become productive and friendly members of our global civilization rather than crazy boogeymen, but that hope is premature at the moment. We have to end this nonsense first.
