Yes?
I mean, not 24/7, but you didn't do that with your friends when you were 16? I thought it was a pretty standard thing to do. Literally the exact same type of activity as going to a pub or bar, except all ages. Go with some girls and guys, play some crib, order a brownie or some chips and salsa...just sort of get out of the house and mingle with other people versus staying inside. Way more fun, it's social, you meet other regulars. Like the Peach Pit or something. It's great when you have a cool hang out spot where you're exposed to different music and neat people.
I'm surprised you'd question it, frankly. Can't imagine what you think the downside is.
