I think the board has a few paper tigers.
The scrappy/mouthy ones are probably timid & whipped middle-aged husbands that struggle to exercise any kind of power or control over anyone or anything irl so they seek to do it behind an anonymous moniker in the internet.
The contrast in behaviour is probably something else.
That's just my guess.
