The dental benefit - would depend on how it works. If its a tax credit like a medical benefit - its not going to be inflationary. If you are just cutting people cheques with no proof they are using it for dental care - then maybe.

I saw it reported yesterday, although I don't know if it actually official, but the families that qualify will have to submit proof of income to the government and the government will provide an "insurance voucher" which will be then given to the dental office and the office will direct bill the government based on that "insurance voucher."
