I am very leary of some pro-animal groups because they put out lots of false information and imploy lots of scare tactics (see PETA). Lots of animals are killed everyday, some humanly some inhumanly. But for whatever reason the cute ones (seals) get more press than the more important ones that actually need help (sharks).
