Really they should have found futures to get Tkachuk in to play with Barkov and leave Huberdeau on the second line to drive the rest of the top six and then let him walk.

What futures? As you said they moved four 1st round picks. Tkachuk is 24 years old. He keeps the window open longer than Huberdeau.
