I haven't worked at the Dome, but have a few friends that have enjoyed it. Tips are decent depending on where you are working, and you may not get a choice right away.
If your spouse is wanting to dip her toe back in. There are many many many options available right now for evening and weekend work, with tip potential. Likely some very close to wherever you live without the transit/travel/late night issues that the dome can have.
