Where are you seeing that reported about Black? I know he posted something cryptic on his Tumblr account (who uses Tumblr), but it might be related to his ongoing back injury.
Hate to say it, but this might be a career-ending injury for him. And Black doesn't like to perform at less than 100%, so I can see him being frustrated with his own situation.
