There are a lot of models that show Canada could have a net gain from climate change.
Now, these models are all piss in the wind given the complexity of what could come are impossible to model. How do you model part of the Lower Mainland underwater vs a longer growing season? Hell, some models say the eastern portion of our nation may get a shorter growing season along with the cool-off projected to occur in Europe due to climate change.
But, if I am fearful of the future of climate change, I would be much happier here then living in say Australia based on the law of averages of the random articles of models I have seen.
