The English sign on the reddit says the restaurant will close when they run out of ingredients, which is understandable, it's their last day.

The Chinese sign says the landlord is heartless and force them out.

I guess it is that the owners are forced to close because the landlord is jacking up the rent. And with rising cost of everything, it is not unreasonable.

So is it because the owners getting old and wanted out, or is it because the rent increase is unbearable? Maybe it is a bit of both....
