If you are going to do FHM8 make sure you are GM and head coach and set the lines yourself. When I first played it I made the mistake of choosing just GM and my coach who had fantastic stats including game management kept making really bad lineup decisions. I traded for Vasilevski and had Rittich as my backup and Rittich got almost every start. Don't ever let your coaching staff set your lines!
