Why would he? He's got a good place in AEW, less touring, and basically full creative control.
He might do one more match in WWE, but it's more likely he'll show up for the Hall of Fame induction which can't be too far off now.
As for AEW's bloated roster, the whole point of ROH was to create a separate brand that can go on its own. They just don't have a TV deal yet. Guys like Joe/Claudio/Lethal are all likely to be on that brand. I do like when they lend talent out to NJPW though, that's a great place to cut teeth with character development and mat experience. NJPW Strong was a highly underrated show IMO.
