The only issue with the dressing room is the size (both square footage and ceiling height). You can put plenty of lipstick on that pig (LED lights?!?) but its otherwise not much different than other dressing rooms -- it's not like a NFL locker room or MLB clubhouse where you would throw lounge chairs in there or a bunch of big screen TVs. I think NHL locker rooms are more utilitarian -- you need the ability to dry a bunch of sweaty, stinky hockey gear first and foremost (which is why the "stalls" themselves are all pretty basic).
I agree the other facilities could be another story though.
