Would love to get Kessel… because of what he could bring and because he’s a free asset (other than cap space). However, I don’t think Phil would see Calgary as a prime landing spot. He already has his cups. Sutter is an extremely demanding coach. He might just go to the highest bidder… and that likely won’t be Calgary. I’m certain someone will be willing to offer him $3 million+ and the flames likely won’t be able to match that.
