His expected ga60 relative to his teammates in Colorado has been positive in all three seasons that he played in Denver. That doesn't suggest a lack of two way ability at all.

I wasn't trying to undermine Kadri's defensive ability although it may have inadvertently came off that way. I just saw some fans referring to his two-way play like its upper echelon in the NHL. It seems his two way play is about average for the tier that he is in (above average top six center).
