It could hit 32 during the day but if its going down to 12 overnight it wouldnt be issued.

Okay and what is the issue if it isn’t below 16 at night or if the temperature lasts for more than one day?
Sorry what am I missing here because 30-35 while warm is not unbearable nor dangerous. If it is the problem might be you or the situation you put yourself in.
But then again that’s kind of the case with, well, literally everything so if you issue a “warning” it should be something worth “warning” people over.
