Man Monahan is one of my all time fav flames; took a bit to realize he’s not gonna be in flames silks anymore and it’s tough no doubt because I feel for how he finished off his time as a Flame, lots of pain and it took true grit to try and reinvent his game through all of that. He’s a consummate pro and will be a fantastic Flames Alum in the future there’s no doubt. I’m really rooting for him to bounce back with the Habs, I hope he goes there and just has fun again.
