I mean, if you don't care about creating the reputation of treating new players with such disrespect (*cough* Vegas *cough*) that free agents don't want to do business with you and agents force every contract to have NTC/NMC to protect their clients, then go ahead.
Trading a player you literally just signed when he could've gone anywhere as a UFA is the ultimate way to f*** your organizations reputation and future.
