Always dangerous to use one year's points in comparisons - I prefer using the last 3 (when possible).

Huberdeau + Kadri + Weegar = 507 pts
Gaudreau + Tkachuk + Gudbranson = 460 pts

I just don't think the argument that they are weaker offensively holds much water.
