Seems like my gear grinder about the truck might actually be a little more legit than I first thought? The picture timun posted is quite accurate, though the one this guy drives is a bit older and beat up.

To be honest, I think the only thing that really annoys me about the situation is he parks in front of our house and then walks away to his house. He knows it's a big ugly truck and doesn't want it in his driveway or in front of his house. If the guy lived a few homes away I probably wouldn't have an issue.

I was looking in the by-law briefly and couldn't find this. I would be curious to know where this is stated? If this is actually a rule I would definitely start reporting him.
