According to one of the comments on Shayna's tweet, one of Kadri's cousins posted a pic of a Flames logo on FB just before her tweet. Could be an A+ level trolling though, I wouldn't get my hopes up yet.

A reply to the tweet above confirms that Kadri's cousin did post this pic, not as a profile pic though which caused some initial confusion
