Ben Stern, Father of Howard Stern, has passed away at 99
Howard didn’t announce it on his show, which is on summer hiatus, but in an article discussing his (surprisingly good) artwork.

Ben was Howard’s inspiration to get into radio and was often on the show along with Howard’s mother, Rae. Some of my favourite bits feature him.
