Oilers D is trash. It's not harsh, just reality. To put them in the solid category is outright misleading.
I don't know why media people sugar coat the uncomfortable/sobering truths about the Oilers shortcomings, especially when it's that obvious.
Before they were Oilers, nobody had anything good or glowing to say about the contributions of Kulak and Ceci to their NHL teams. Even Barrie was getting run out of town. But sure, now they're a "solid" bunch.
