12 teams are solid or above at all positions including EDM (Colorado, Nash, Carolina, Minny, Tor, Boston, STL, Fla, TBL, NJD, Vegas)
mostly that is a list of what one might consider as well constructed or deep teams (NJD is of course interesting). Even if the Oilers end up being a successful team that (balanced/deep) isn't how I would view them (they are rightly in the very top tier at C- assuming you put both of their big guys there) but otherwise..
