I don't really have a problem with this. It's not like you can do it on a massive scale, and it takes pretty specific circumstances to make it happen.
Teams are selling tomorrow for today all the time through prospects and draft picks. Why not cap space.
The point of a salary cap is to make sure teams stay afloat financially and to level the playing field. This doesn't really affect either of those.
