In double lane traffic I don't mind much if someone decides to make a scenic tour out of it at or below the speed limit. I just wish they were more mindful and consistently stayed in the right lane. Way too often you will see two cars doing the speed limit will side by side on say John Laurie Blvd totally oblivious to the lines of backed up traffic behind them. It encourages dickish behaviour from people tailgating them and weaving, trying to get their attention to move.
My only issue with people speeding is that so many don't leave enough distance between the car ahead of them. The amount of times I see people driving at 70-90 km/hr right on the rear bumper of the car ahead of them is concerning. No wonder there are so many rear enders in this city.
