Ignore the state of the team and the organization as a whole (don't look at the prospect poll for example). Tre is killing it and deserves an extension. Count the number of playoff round wins to figure that out. You can't win a cup if you can't win multiple playoff rounds in a single year. I know, bad measure. Give the guy and extension.
