Back in the day before wings were all the rage, weren't they just treated as scraps that were thrown out and you could essentially pick them off from the butcher for free or dirt cheap?

We have sure come quite a ways from that.

Not ten years ago on any given night you could find a 5, 10 or 25 cent wings night somewhere around the city. Those were the good times.
