Bouwmeester came here in 2009. CGY has gotten its fair share of star UFAs. PHI and NYR are really the only teams that have gotten more than their fair share, and where has it gotten them?

Technically not UFAs but I guess you’d probably include pending UFA stars or even others who forced a move one way or another, like Stone, Eichel, Tkachuk, etc.
