They need help, not scorn. And they need the help before they become lost causes. Whatever this guy’s issues are, assuming they could have been fixed, I doubt they would have cost anywhere near what we’re paying to replace that glass.

I don't necessarily disagree, but these panels just seem like a pretty odd target...which is maybe the point, but it also seems like it had to be more pre-meditated.
