Maybe I am crazy, but i expected the settlements over that time would be much larger just based on a general risk profile of children around adults.
Doesn't make it right to 'cover up' and pay out, but this amount actually shows it has seldom happened (Or more likely the person - Player or Other - doesnt report)

I doubt Hockey Canada is paying settlements for some incident on some random bantam hockey team which dramatic lowers the numbers of people they would be paying for
