But you cannot assume that they will always win by 1 goal.
Although Calgary had the 6th best record in the league last year, but the 2nd best goal differential.
Based simply on equating the 6th best goal differential, Calgary scored about an extra 20 goals last year than what they would have expected from their record. So, they should expect their record to remain constant even with 20 less goals, more or less.
